Suitable for a wide range of applications including general commercial and domestic ventilation as well as horticulture and hydroponics. The range is fitted with backward curved centrifugal impellers driven by powerful external rotor motor with sealed for life bearings and thermal overload protection. This powerful combination enables the VENTS VK...U fans to deliver exceptional airflow performances and high static pressure. The fan’s casing is made of high quality UV-resistant plastic. The VENTS VK...U fans have been specifically designed for simple installation and many years of maintenance-free operation.
The VENTS VK…U series fans have built-in temperature and speed controller which changes the impeller’s rotation speed automatically depending on the desired temperature. The VENTS VK…U series fans the an ideal solution for intake and exhaust ventilation of premises where air temperature control is requited (f.e. instance, greenhouses). Simply set your desired operating temperature with one knob, your minimum speed with the other knob and let the fan do the rest.
Built-in temperature and speed control
When the temperature exceeds the previously set temperature the speed controller starts the fan on to the set speed. As the air temperature drops below the set temperature the control switches the fan off. As soon as the air temperature rises again and the temperature sensor exceeds the previously set temperature, the motor automatically switches to the set speed. As a result, the fans only run when needed. Temperature settings range from 70°F to 95°F.
